We do not initiate messages to end users on behalf of clients without client direction

4. Client Responsibility for Consent

Clients must obtain prior express written consent before sending messages to any contact. Consent must be collected via clear opt-in methods including:

Website contact forms
Scheduling forms
Service request forms

Unchecked consent checkboxes are required. Clients may not send messages to:

Purchased lists
Rented lists
Scraped contacts

AI outputs are preliminary and subject to human verification
Users may request a human representative at any time
AI-assisted responses operate under human oversight and are used solely to respond to inquiries or deliver requested services

8. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Instant Business Pro and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, fines, or penalties arising from:

Misuse of platform messaging features
Violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
Violations of A2P carrier guidelines or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instant Business Pro is not liable for:

Message delivery delays or failures
Carrier filtering of messages
Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated output
Client misuse of platform features
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the State of Colorado.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
